Jesus Remembers - Matthew 11
• Pastor Kevin Schaal • Series: Matthew Through Jewish Eyes
In this powerful message, we explore the final recorded interaction between John the Baptist and Jesus Christ. As John faces the end of his earthly ministry from a prison cell, he sends a question to Jesus—a question filled with both hope and uncertainty: “Are You the One, or should we look for another?” Through Jesus' emphatic and compassionate response, we see not only the affirmation of His messianic identity, but also a deep and moving recognition of John’s unwavering sacrifice. John had given everything to prepare the way for the Messiah, and Jesus makes it clear—He remembers.
